The Information Systems Engineer (East Coast Region) will be responsible for ensuring continual operation and support of shipboard technology in our East Coast Region. Systems which the Information Systems Engineer will be familiar with include, but are not limited to CCTV, IPTV, vessel navigation electronics, A/V, public address, shipboard sound, radios (UHF + VHF), onboard internet, onboard Wi-Fi, telephone (satellite + mobile), network equipment, laptops, printers (including mapping).

The IT Support Tech will be responsible for general technical support for our UT and CT locations, administration of Windows Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange user administration and record maintenance. This is a fast paced role that will allow you to join a dynamic team.
